• Do not upload Content that is illegal, infringes copyrights, or violates applicable laws.
• No spam, harassment, or abuse. Violations may result in deletion of Content or account suspension.

• metalisp reserves the right to remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at post@metalisp.dev with details (e.g., URL, proof of ownership).

• As a private individual, I am not a host provider or business. I operate this Forum/Wiki without profit and assume no liability for user-generated Content.
• I will remove Content if notified of legal violations (e.g., copyright infringement). Contact: post@metalisp.dev.
• No warranty: The Forum/Wiki is provided “as is”. I do not guarantee availability or error-free operation.

• I collect only necessary data (username, email, IP for security) and do not share it with third parties.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time via post@metalisp.dev.

• I may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
• You can delete your account/Content anytime. I reserve the right to shut down the service without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nuremberg, Germany.
